How to Apply

Scholarships & Fellowships: Most scholarships involve an application process. This often requires filling out a form, writing an essay or in some way showing why you deserve the scholarship. Remember that you are competing for free money, and the competition is usually quite rigorous. Don’t skimp on writing essays, filling out forms and otherwise pursuing scholarships - if you do, someone else won't!

Grants: Most grants, conversely, are automatic. Coordinate with your school’s Financial Aid Office to ensure that you’re being considered for all relevant grants.
